My eldest (13) came in from school all smiley and lovely. She's borrowed the Transformers movie from the school library for her little brother.

Then...YD and DS were eating their sweeties OH bought them yesterday. ED now can't find hers, accused others of eating them, when I proved that wasn't the case she just kept on 'where'd L(DS) get his from? I left mine on the bookcase'.

Told her he hadn't eaten any sweets earlier in the day, showed her YD and DS's sweets so she could see for herself that they weren't hers but she still whinged on, fell out with me for not knowing where her sweets are even though she's the one that moved them and stomped upstairs in the huff.

Now skulking in her room waiting for me to ask her to take the dogs out so she can sulk about that too. So I'm not asking.

Honestly, all this fuss over a handful of jelly sweets, anyone would think she's 3 not 13.:fryingpan:

My 13yr old has come home and stomped off after moaning about everything, including the famous 'I'm not a child, and I'm not allowed to do anything':cheesy:

Oh, I know that one. I'm expecting to hear it again later today when she asks to have her best friend over and I say no because her room looks like someone threw a grenade in there. :D

But it started so well :alright:

Sarah, LOL! :cheesy: Took me a while at first too.

I know what the others mean but I've never ever seen ED or YD used on a forum - it's usually ds1 or ds2 or dd1 etc!
