What do I type around my email address so that when it is clicked it allow the person to email me?

I am trying to put a comp on my site and I can't rember how to do the link for the email address.

It should be something along the lines of:-

<a href="mailto:admin @mumszone .co.uk"> admin@mumszone. co.uk </a>

Without the spaces
