Any grandmothers out there.

Hi to Mumzone,
I signed up for Mumzone quite a while ago but did not find anything that was relevant to me. However, my daughter tells me that there are going to be items for us grandmothers too. So thought I would look in today.

I am a nanny too...
I have 4 children aged 20,16,12 and 3 and 2 grandaughters aged 3 and 6 weeks :)

There are a few nan's on here but please dont be put off as its not all about children! there are some great threads to join in ....look forward to you chatting

Thanks for the replies. I just have two grand-daughters, Georgina (9) and Heather (5). They are the children of my youngest daughter, Yvonne and husband Mark. My other daughter is Joanna and her and her partner, Ian have no children.
I am a member of two MSN groups but haven't found them particularly friendly in the past. I do spend a lot of time on Facebook, mainly playing Scrabulous.

Hi, I have two grandsons Thomas who's three and Zachary who's 18 months my oldest daughters boys. I have three children aged a son 29, and two daughters 26 and 23 and two stepdaughters aged 21 and 17. It's nice to have a range of ages on here, lots of different topics and it helps keep abreast of new trends in child rearing so that you don't think you kids are mad with the ideas they have about bringing up your grandchildren:cheesy:
