Can anyone help me? Photoshop/Paintshop Question

How do you round off the edges of a photograph and put a border round? I know how to put a border round in paintshop but not photoshop and I want nice curvey corners not straight corners! :fryingpan:

I am not an expert in photoshop and usually bodge things and then go the long way round doing to get the desired result - BUT I think you will need to use the elliptical marquee tool.
