They have said I shoud get a letter from them in the next couple of weeks to tell me what is going to happen and see if I agree to it. He was always in arrears when he was paying it put he stopped paying over a year ago and they have said they are going to claim everythig he owes all in one go and it will come to me as soon as they get it.
I hav never taken csa payments into accout when sorting out our bills and stuff so to be honest, I couldnt care less if he pays or not, it makes no odds to me, but, if we were to get some money from him, I can treat ds, maybe if there is enough, I might even be able to take ds on holiday this year.
Im not going to say anything to dp or ds about it just yet as I dont want to gie them any false hopes and like I said, it makes no odds to me if we dont get it, but it would be nice.
