So im sat here starving hungry whilst watching jeremy kyle and weather some bloke is the dad of this girl
Anyways i have a great idea and decided on cheese on toast
So off i trot with my glass of coke put the tv on in the kitchen and make a start
Now i bet you all thought cheese on toast is easy ........ Well think again
I get the cheese out and start to grate as the toast is in the toaster (well where else would it be )
Toast pops up so i put it on the grill thing as i go to put the second slice on i knock the glass of coke flying
Glass smashes coke all in the cheese with shards of glass
Me cursing as it has also all gone in the clean washing that was on the side as well
coke and glass all over the floor
So i get a cloth and clean it up put washing back in the basket
Look at the cheese and think some how cheese with coke and shards of glass does not seem that appealing i may be mental but not that mental
Soooooooooo i clean all that up then get the other cheese out the fridge (had used all the half fat cheese stuff and was now onto the ard stuff EXTRA mature)
So i start to grate forgetting that this is not so much the ard stuff ohhhhhh no dont be fooled the b@stard crumbles which results in me grating my knuckles on the cheese grater which resulted in blood on the cheese ..... again not too appealing so clean it up and think f*ck it slice the b@stard cheese
Sliced it and by some miracle i didnt lose a finger (being cack handed)
Sit down to eat it and after all that it wasnt that nice
Hmmmmm something tells me that someone dont want me to have cheese today :cheesy:

You should see the pic I have in my mind of you doing all of that :hysterica
As for grating your fingers - have you ever considered buying one of these (http://www.lakeland.co.uk/product.aspx/!6828) or I've got this black silicone cheese holder thing, that you use to hold on to the cheese whilst you grate it, to stop you doing your knuckles in. Can't think of what is called though, or where I bought it :cheesy:

I just looked at the price of the actual grater and they're silly prices, but you can get them new on ebay from US sellers for a fiver, which is still a lot, but far better than the £18 odd being charged here for the same thing.
I've seen the slider attachment on there for £2.50 ish too (both on buy it now)
I might look at getting me one of them thinking bout it :cheesy: Didn't want to before cos they were so expensive, but thats not quite so bad - still a whack though.
Can you get a left handed rotary grater?

That sounds nice. It's more effort and washing up though :cheesy:
I just bought two bags of grated cheese from Morrisons just because it was BOGOF - I wouldn't normally buy it
