unless you want a particular subject, just click on new posts at the top there and it will tell you the most recent posts.
how old are you? where are you from? introduce yourself :yes:
you can edit your profile. go to user cp. edit profile, some stuff you need to have 20/25 posts
well i think you can put in a avatar and stuff now. go to user cp. edit avatar

If you click on 'new posts' on the blue menu bar, below the mumszone logo, it will show a list of all recent 'threads'.
