ive just called the CAB and solicitors about my ex neighbours
as you know they are the reason we cant sell our house and i thought being away from them would ease my stress but ive been up since 5am stressing about the whole situation
we are now desperate to sell as paying rent and a mortgage each month is crippling
I just hope someone can help us
and WHY do bad people always seem to win and those of us that are good and kind hearted always seem to get the rough deal

There is nothing I can say or do to help but to say I couldn't agree more with you when you ask why kind people appear to come of worse than those who are bad. I do hope things soon work out for you.

Wishing you lots of luck.
Is it possible to rent your property, short term, while it is on the market? That should cover the mortgage payment at least ...

we have had feedback on both viewings we had this weekend and both loved the house walked out back and said "no way" on one viewing she was outside and started saying parking was horrendous blah blah...why are they doing this to us
the CAB cant help, paul is talking to our solicitor as i cant cope with it anymore
Netty hun we will have to go down this route not that we want to, but saying that who would want to rent next to them

Good Luck Debbie
I too have recently informed our council about our next door neighbours (loud telly, arguing at 3am in the morning, banging of doors late at night ......)
Hope everything works out for you

good luck Debbie, i too have neighbours from hell...they are taking cars apart now...they leave their bins outside on the footpath blocking everyones way so we have to walk on the road around their cars etc. Garden is constantly a dumping ground for anything and everything.
So i do know what you mean by the bad ones always seem to win, cos it doesnt matter how many times i report them, they always know its me (probably guess) and then they shout obscenities when they see me.
Good luck hun and get the barstewards :fryingpan: :kisshands:
