Nochex Problem

I've had an order through Nochex - everything is as it should be, however the funds don't appear to be in my account.

Also, if I try and log in the usual way, it sends me to a bank account details page as if I'm trying to register a new account.

If I log in using the "forgotten password" method - it takes me to my account, but the balance is "nil" when there should be money in there, and it shows no transactions in my history, when I had a payment last month too.

Help!! Anybody?

I can only log in this morning by choosing the "forgotten password" option where they send me a pin and a link to follow - then you put the last 6 digits of your card in and answer a couple of security questions and it takes you to your account.

So yes, I logged in via a link. As for spoof page, nochex are very secure aren't they?

i would try logging in via the web site, not via a link and see what happens

I would go directly to the Nochex site and log in there

The same - which is how I discovered the problem.

I go to the Nochex customer login and it asks me to enter the bank account details I wish to register - in other words it treats me as a new user.

It looks like it's a problem with them - I blimmin well hope so, anyway - I've raised a ticket with them but it's really worrying me - and I need this £50!!

And what to tell the customer?

I'm going to say this very quietly, then go and do something more useful, like the ironing............I was using an email address I'd set up on a different Nochex account............
