I recently bought a bike for dd for xmas, I payed straight away as it was buy it now. After about 4 days, I`d had no contact from the seller so I emailed them asking if it had been sent. They sent one back that just said "posted" So I sent another one asking when it should arrive, they said either that day or the following day. I still didn`t have it, so a couple of days later I got their phone number from ebay and rang them. They told me on the phone they would ring back the following day. They didn`t so I opened an item not received dispute. They refunded me straight away. I left them negative feedback, they replied saying it would of helped if I`d payed for it. They left me feedback saying the bike was sent and I should of let them know I hadn`t received it. Can I report them for anything, just looking at the contradicting feedback will show they`re liars.

Im not sure what you can do once the feedback has been added tbh. Sure there are other members that know EBAY a lot better than me. Did they not get proof of postage as surely they would have arranged to send this through a courier and should have been able to track its progress?

If you look at the feedback from bikesntrikes1, then click on their name to see the feedback I left them, you will see it makes no sense. They say on one the bike was sent, and on the other that I didn`t pay. I`m so annoyed, surely they can`t get away with such blatent lies.
You can get feedback retracted but not sure how, best thing to do is send a message to ebay support and speak to them, was the money sent via paypal and refunded via paypal or credit card so you have some proof that you did pay

You must be livid, I know I would be. I really hope that ebay can sort it out for you and get rid of the neg feedback.
Let us know what happens.

Hope you get this sorted, the sellers comments appear to be very sarcastic.

Hi,
been away for a while so missed this one. Ok you did the right thing and left negative feedback. If you check the seller they have already got 5 negs, 2 neutrals and a few withdrawn this month. So they have done damage to themselves only. I'm guessing they are either being lazy in sending stuff out, have some dodgy items (second-hand, stolen or catalogue returns) or they are drop shipping and their supplier is using on of the above.
If you worried about your feedback ask for it to be mutually withdrawn.
HouseHusband.

No way, I want people to see this person for what they are, a lot of the feedback they`ve left others makes no sense to what others have left them, they`re blatent liars, and if people can`t see that when looking at my feedback, I`d rather not deal with them anyway. I reported them to ebay, but it seems they weren`t too bothered about the whole thing.
