Passport offices - they've already lost our NI numbers, drivers numbers and now medical details, we just need our passport details for a clean sweep.

i really think there is something going on somewhere...i hate politics and stuff, but i really think someone somewhere is trying to set the government up! there is just too much of this stuff going on, its just all too much of a coincidence imo :unsure:

City and Hackney
Bolton Royal Hospital
Sutton and Merton
Sefton Merseyside
Mid-Essex Care Trust
Norfolk and Norwich
