One of my friends from college asked me to help her platt hernew boyfriends hair yesterday because she knows I platt other peoples regulary.

Got round there and he had a dog who barked and growled at me for half a min or so, but I soon managed to become friends with (which is apparently unusual as it normally takes weeks for him to become friends with new guests!)

Anyway, this dogs only 1, but decided to keep nibbling on my arms and trying to play tug-of-war with my new jumper!! :angry-smi123 which was apparently his way of showing affection!!

This morning my arms are soooo sore because all I can see are lots of purple and black bruising with lumps under them, teeth marks and scratches!!

You'd think his owner would be a bit more sterner and try and control his 'friendly' nips!!

my poor arms!! cryingsmil

aw hun, my neighbour has a staffy and whenever i go round he jumps up and bites my arm! yesterday he nearly strangled me cos he got my scarf which was round my neck still!! she always tells him off though and i turn my back on him and he gives up sometimes but i know what you mean, he shouldn't be allowed to do that!!!

Aww and ouch! The dog's owners are naughty, they should be teaching him properly, he obviously hasn't learnt to inhibite his bite. :angry-smi

It sounds as though he was playing, but they should control that sort of playing as he might try to do it to a child and then there would be more than a sore arm to worry about. Bad owners, bad owners, get in your basket.

Oh yeah, not the dog's fault at all, his owners need to encourage the right sort of things to chew on, not arms, lol.

What sort of dog is he out of interest?
