i have been in town most of the day and i was going to catch the bus at 5 past 3 in order to pick jordan up. well i was at the bus stop as planned and the bus came but it was full of prmas already. so i asked the bus driver if he could hold on 2 mins while i folded the pram up, he said yeah thats fine love ect...... well i struggled with lily-mae, the bags and the pram but finally got them sorted and the pram folded. i then turned around to get on the bus and the bus driver closed the doors and pulled away!!!!!!!!!!! i rang 4 diff taxi firms but none of them had taxis till after 4!

i was SO cross. it meant i had to wait 20 mins for another bus and it made me 20 mins late for school!!!!!!! its a bloody good job jordans school was undertsanding!!

GGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Sorry..rant over now

doubt it.notthing bus company anyway. ealrier in the year i was getting off a bus with jordan and lily-mae. jordan had already got off when some woman with a shopping trolley barged on as i was trying to get off. jordan was stood off the bus waiting for me when the bus driver set off without me getting off. it drove 3 stopd before he would listen to me even though i pressed the bell a million times! i complained then and all i got was a letter of apology.

Are you kidding ds is a bus driver and he says they First group never take any complain seriously or do anything about it. By the way he is a very caring driver who has even dropped old ladies outside their houses and taken their shopping to their doors as long as hes not running late of course.

Stagecoach take them very seriously hun i have known one guy get the sack because he carried on driving when someone put their arm out to stop and a couple of guys have had warnings for rudeness or whatever

Don't talk to me about buses. I still have nightmares thanks to Plymouth City Bus. If my Mum and I had crossed the road at a pedestrian crossing when the green man was on, my precious little boy (then aged about 18 months) and his buggy would've been half way up the road under a bus. Chatting with my Mum waiting to cross the road, luckily my 'Spider senses' were tingling that day and something told me not to cross the road, I would've been about 2 steps into the road when the bus shot past at speed, I still wake up in tears from nightmares about it. Unfortunately I didn't get the bus number so couldn't make a full complaint. Kick up merry hell, we've had several serious accidents involving buses in our area lately.
