Dont know why but (I have noticed this happened to quite a few people) post settings have changed suddenly. If you notice that you can no longer see your smilies go into usercp, edit options, go right to the bottom and see what is selected there, if you change to standard editor you should see your smilies again

Ive run a query on the site today which basically means you should all have standard now and be able to see the smilies :crossfing
