what do you think?

I think it is about time but then I couldn't stand her on the programme and switch over if she appears on the t v.

I made a point of missing the new show her and her husband are in. I mean if you walked into a bed and breakfast and swa her what would your first reaction be. I would just turn round and walk out again

About time! I'd love to see how this new series is affecting her benefits as well (or is that money going to charity as well?)

It just made me so angry to see her flaunting her abuse of the system - her family made more money per year than my dh and I do together (and thats even with me working 2 jobs) What gets me is that she's gone on tv to boast about the amount of money her family have brought in by claiming benefits, yet when I tried to get anything after I gave up work to look after madam I was told I wasn't entitled to anything despite working my entire adult life until then.

I agree, Colette. It was my choice to give up work after I had ds, with the intention of having another baby during the "break". Unfortunately, I was not in a position to return to work at the end of the career break, so am now looking at other options. Admittedly, I have not tried claiming benefits, but don't think I would be entitled as dh does have a good salary (just a pity all our debts take up most of it!)

If I was claiming, I would be entitled to "free" courses at the local college, as it is I would have to pay full fees. It's not fair!!!!

Wouldn't it be nice to do an Anne Robinson on her

I had to pay full fees for my course so know exactly where you're coming from. I've also just got a letter from Inland Revenue telling me that my NI contributions for the year that madam was born are too low and I need to pay £125 or my pension will be affected (let's ignore the fact that I was either getting Statutory Maternity Benefit or, when that stopped I was getting £24 a week :angry-smi )
