Benji's adventure!

Thank you all for all of your lovely messages wishing Benji home for me!
After I'd dragged the kids round the streets putting up posters on lamp posts and in shop windows, a lovely lady called me and said she had Benji :woot:

He had been taken home by her son who had found him on the playing field...god knows how we missed him but I'm just glad he didn't spend the night out in the cold!

I took the lovely lady some chocs and a thank you card around as it was so lovely of her to take him in and keep him safe for us (especially as he made a point of 'marking his territory' severl times around her home!)

He is currently snuggled up fast asleep after his little adventure, blissfully unaware of the panic he's caused!

Thanks again for all your positive vibes, prayers and thoughts...it meant a lot to me....:cloud9:

Awww bless him. I had a rescue dog called sky once and he was a stray and used to do midnight runners, he always came back but I'm sure thats why he was in the dogs home originally. I got him chipped when chipping came in around that time. Glad Benjy is safe.
