Thanks everyone. I know it sounds silly, but I love my cards, I couldn't make them if I didn't but it always gives me a tingle of delight when I sell one because it means someone else likes them too.

Well he has finally sorted out going onto CIS which is the construction industry whatever where he is now classed as self employed so where as since April he has been paying just over £100 a week in national insurance next week he will stop doing that and pay £2 a week. Its been awful because the money he has lost each month is our mortgage money so we have been struggling quite a bit financially. I will have to find a proper job after Christmas because although it's a very special time of year for us spiritually, it also means that it takes us until about June to get on the straight and narrow again because his job stops for 2 weeks over the holiday and of course like many others he doens't get paid for holidays, hasn't done for the last 8 years. What with the over draft from being £400 a month down since April and then no earnings over Christmas I really do have to go back to work to clear it. He is quite close to falling apart to be honest He hates his job at the best of times, love him, but it's all he's trained for and it pays well, (normally) and pays the bills.
Bet you wished you hadn't asked now :hysterica

Congratulations on the cards Kate 20061010 Hope things pick up for you and yours soon :kisshands:
It makes me so annoyed when people like your DH are slogging their guts out, doing their best to earn an honest living, paying tax etc when there are so many people out there ripping the system off and getting away with it.

wow fabulous news!
Your cards do look lovely though from what I've seen :) I wish I could make things like that - my craft stuff has been put in the loft as I just don't have the time / space to use it atm!
Hope the next batch sells just as well :)
