Is anyone else having trouble with Paypal not updating quickly at the moment?

Mine isnt showing the most recent activity and its saying that it was last updated on the 2/11 at 8am....bit annoying because my account is quite busy and its a pain not being able to see recent activities!! :angry-smi123

Might just be my account however?

I'm having trouble with people not being able to pay with their paypal account only credit card. I wonder if they are having trouble all round.

Not sure if all the trouble is related? I'm going to try to make contact tomorrow (like there will be anyone around to talk!!)

Hope you have better luck than me. Taken 5 days to get an answer from Paypal regarding installing Paypal Pro!
Spent 5 hours on hold to technical (no response), left 2 ring back mesages (not response) and 3 emails (no response).
Rang customer services 4 times (there are only 2 numbers that you can ring) and they said "you want technical"!! I answered politely.
I finally took to pleading (literally) on their 'take a ticket' system. 1 person rang and said they could not help as it was a third party problem (oscommerce). Another rang (same query) and sorted it out!!

Hey ho! Patience is a virtue.........

Hope you catch them on a good day!

I've had a few payments come through as echeques again recently - only from those that already have a PayPal account.

Yeah I have had that too - I just assumed it was people not changing the settings on their paypal accounts? Isn't there an option that changes it so your payment goes through as an echeque?

None of these people have chosen to pay by echeque. I know if the card goes out of date on your account then it automatically goes through as echeque, but only one of the people that has replied has discovered that to be the case, so I think it is PayPal having another problem. This happened once before over a weekend, and it was fixed midday Monday.
