flogging is apparently blogging pretending to be a customer of your own company, and praising yourself while not revealing you work for, or own the company. I doubt anyone here does it, but just in case :D

I suppose if you see a competitor doing it you would be able to report them ;)
To make it clear, blogs supporting your company are OK, as long as you disclose that you are, in fact, promoting yourself.
Testimonials will also fall under the new rules.
