Watermark using Adobe PS Elements

How do you get a watermarked text across a picture in Photoshop? I have looked through the help menu, but can't find anything. Thankyou x

Hiya

You just add text ontop of it and change the opacity. You can add other effects on like drop shadows / bevelling if you want to, but the basic text with some opacity so its not standing out too hugely is fine.
