What normally happens

I received a lovely watch and necklace set for dd1 today that I bought new off of EBAY and I noticed after half an hour that 2 of the diamante bits on the watch have come off, so either they werent there in the first place or they were very loose and have come off. What would normally happen in this situation with regard to me getting another watch of this person who has another for sale?

First thing to do is to send an email (via ebay site) to explain and say that you are disappointed that this has happened; I am not usually pushy on a first email, andsellers usually aren't happy that you are not happy. acouple of times something has been not as good as described, and the sellers have offered me refunds (refund sent after the goods had been returned to them IYSWIM) but it isn't compulsory.
