Virtual Terminal

Just set up paypal virtual terminal, and have just put my first sale through on it - but I'm not sure if it's gone through, should it show up straight away or is there a bit of a delay? Heeelp! I don't know if I can send the stuff out to the customer or not! Should have read the instructions first!shrugshoulders111

There is a slight delay. You should be able to pull off a report within Virtual Terminal that shows up quite quickly. It does take about half an hour (in my experience) for it to show up in my PayPal account sometimes.

It always used to be instant for me too, but about a week ago when I logged into PayPal I got a message flash up that said that they had put extra security into PayPal Business Accounts and that it may result in a slight delay. I didn't have Virtual Terminal before then, but when I have processed payments since then there has been a slight delay.

Nope was my silly fault, had put through as authorisation rather than sale! OOPS!

Oh I meant to mention to change that in the drop-down box earlier, as I nearly did the same thing when I processed the first one. Did you have a delay, or is this a new thing that PayPal have implemented especially to p1ss me off?
