Only listings in British Pounds Sterling on eBay.co.uk will qualify for 5p insertion fees. Auction-style listings, Auction with Buy It Now (http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/bin.html) and Fixed Price (Buy It Now) must have a start price of between £0.01 and £0.99.
Any item previously scheduled to go live on Thursday 8th September 2005 will qualify for the 5p insertion fee promotion if the starting or reserve price is between £0.01 and £0.99.
If you re-list an item on Thursday 8th September that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-list will qualify for the 5p insertion fee promotion, if the starting price is between £0.01 and £0.99.

If you list in two categories and the listings qualify for this promotion, the insertion fee will be 5p x 2 = 10p.
If you revise a qualifying listing created on 8th September at a later date, and further insertion fees become payable as a result of the revision, you will be charged the normal insertion fee (http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/fees.html), not the 5p promotional fee.
If your item qualifies for this promotion, you'll see on the Sell Your Item form that the 5p promotional insertion fee has been applied.
