GET READY FOR A SUMMER BURSTING WITH FRUITY FUN

Let’s get juicy! From Summer 2005 Rowntrees’ entire sweet range will contain real fruit juices and be free from artificial colours and flavours. This is great news for Mum and for kids too, who will love the real fruity tastes.

Rowntrees’ sweetie revolution kicks off with the introduction of new improved versions of classic favourites Fruit Gums (RRP 34p) and Fruit Pastilles (RRP 34p). These ever popular, classic sweets will now be even more titillating to the taste buds - the real fruit flavours appealing to everyone from 8 to 80 year olds.

In addition to the revamp of these Rowntrees’ favourites, there are some other star attractions making their fruity debut. These exciting new additions include Scary Sours and Sugar Free Lollies. New Scary Sours (RRP £1.07) are frighteningly moreish and tangy and make a scarily good snack for everyone – definitely too good to just save for Halloween! The Sugar Free Lollies (RRP 28p) come in three fabulously fruity flavours: Blackcurrant, Strawberry and Orange and have a fun fizzy centre guaranteed to tantalise your taste buds.

And finally, there is The Jungle Mix (RRP £1.07) - another exciting new product, with fun shapes such as elephants, monkeys, parrots and frogs. With such a great variety of shapes to eat, these jellies are an animal tastic treat for kids!

With these classic sweets and exciting new additions, all containing real fruit juices and no artificial flavours and colours, there is a lot of real fruity fun to be had with Rowntrees this summer. The tough choice will be deciding which to try first. Juicealious!

I was sent some testers of these :) I can tell you from personal experience that the sours are lovely, not too sour but with lots of flavour. In view of my recent dentist events I didnt try the gums (I had visions of my filling coming back out with one!) although my eldest two dd's did and that said both those and the fruit pastilles seem to taste different to normal but in a nice way..lol..so that must be down to the real fruit juices on them  And DD3 loved the lolly which is sugar free.
