Top tips for getting things done

Anybody got any? Mine is to make lists and cross them off and to turn msn to busy lol!

I make lists and put mine or DH's name by the jobs to be done LOL. Then we cross them off as we go along. Mind you he does add things such as ' Buy Chris new car' etc :hysterica :hysterica

I have no tips other than to gradually work your way through it, I always have far too much and too little time!
