I don't post to Europe!
When I list my items I never say I post to Europe

I have even replied and made public that I do not post to Europe.

So why has some ignorant person from Germany messed up one of my auctions?

I have sent them a message asking for a UK addy or I will cancel their winning bid.

So the question is the auction ended last night, when can I offer to the next bidder?

TIA

I'd give it a couple of days for buyer to get back to you, they may have a UK addy to send to if no reply start NPB & select BUYER IS FROM CPUNTRY I DON'T SHIP TO, you'll get your FVF back & be able to offer 2nd chance offer. If buyer pays & it shows on Paypal receipt a German addy but then they email you a UK addy don't send it out as you won't be covered through Paypal - I'm assuming Paypal will be the payment method as they are abroad.

Can't really advise on the SCO, sorry,

but, you can block bidders from countries you don't ship to (which should help in the future):

In My ebay

Click on Seller Account (near the bottom on the left)
scroll down to 'seller preference'
click 'show' next to 'buyer requirements'
then click 'edit'
in there you can alter your buyer requirements by ticking the relevant boxes
click submit
And you're done! :-)

Hope that helps

File a NPB & send the 2nd chance offer now, if the buyer is messing you around even after you refunded then they are obviously not willing to help.
