they seem to have took the comments of their now but their was 32 at one point mostly against terry nappies, funniest bit was that the grimsby man who won the lottery and his wife had a baby is one of the first to get £5o back of the cost of his nappies and apparantly it is only the first 50 to apply which doesent seem fair. Meant to say all that the day I posted the story and forgot:cheesy:

did find this comment amusing though
'Imagine trudging out to the washing line on a god forsaken windy day in november and pegging out your terry towelling nappies, the sting as the wind slaps the wet through nappies towards your face.Six hours later you go and bring them back in damp and stinking of bonfire smoke and that dreadful stench that creeps across the town from heaven only knows where. I am going to stick with the disposables.'
I have just commented and told them to come to mumszone and read up about cloth nappies:D:happy72:

I did find that comment funny, talk about melodramatic.
I challenge anyone to thoroughly research cloth v disposible and tell me they think disposible is better, they are only percieved as more convenient, but thats all they have going for them and cloth is so easy to use nowadays

my comment to the paper:
About time our council did something like this. If anyone wants to know more about cloth nappies go to www.mumszone.co.uk and they have a secion on the forums all about cloth nappies, and you'll see they are not as bad as you think, and cheaper in the long run.
