Right after having looked into this for quite some time now I have decided to go with the new software. Its not going to happen with immediate effect there are some other things I have to find out first, but hopefully the forum will only be down for a very short period of time.

Could you back up any pictures, recipes or anything also that you might want to save please.

All posts and members should be carried across, however, you will have to retrieve your new password but details of that will be posted at the top of the new forum. Please note my email address is admin@mumszone.co.uk should you experience any problems

Eventually features will be added back on to the new forum although how quickly I dont know so you will have to bear with me

Yes just go to usercp, edit email and password and change it to what you like there. You put the password you have at the moment and then I think you twice add your new one that you chose in.

I think it may take a while for me to get used to it, (being new and all), i suppose you just kinda get used to seeing the same lay out, that when it changes it gets a bit confusing..(i will blame it on being blonde..lol)
