I can't imagine how they will feel when they go into Madeleine's room.

If they had found DNA in the car :unsure:surely they would have taken it away as evidence, i must admit im begining to get a little confused now, I was having doubts about them yesterday but having watched the news this morning and seeing how the dad nearly broke down in tears saying we have no part in this is really making me reconsider. I just hope either way they hurry up and find the little girl. And why would they let them come home if they were suspects???. Its all a bit weird to me.

It's very confusing as the police won't say what has been found and where? I can't believe they did anything.

as they dont tell us any info...all we get is the press version...they have found DNA..no one has confirmed its blood...dna could mean hair ,skin cells, these could fall off her toys if there were any placed in the car...from and clothing of madeleines...no one has confirmed blood.
I just think the portuguese police just want this over, the McCanns out of Portugal, so they can get back to there cushy desk jobs, lots of coffee and sun bathing. This is too much for them to handle, thats why theyve made a balls of it all so far..imo :kisshands:

I personally don't think that the parents were involved at all and it must be a nightmare for them just at the moment. They must be incredibly strong people.

I do however believe that they are hiding something though At a guess I would say that they did not check on her like they said that they did, but like I say I don't know. It is just this strong feeling that I have about them.

Something doesn't add up, I really don't know what to think. My heart just goes out to that little girl.

I hope the press leave them alone now and respect their privacy, doubt it though. :-(

Can't see it happening either. I was just thinking about Joanne Lees and how she was "acussed" of killing her boyfriend Peter Falconio in the Austrailan outback. The press and the media had her down as a bit of a slapper who was ready to dump Peter for someone else, they never believed her story and that she had made the story about them meeting someone out there. It took time but they eventually found the man guilty of killing Peter and Joanne was then innocent and it was proved that her story was true.

A lot of the stuff that has been written has been speculation, and also this guy on GMTV has said that what we have got to remember is that the interview was conducted in Portoguese, so maybe the interpretation wasn't correct. He said it would be highly unlikey that Kate McCann would have been given a deal as it's not up to the police to do that (and I do know that this information came from the McCann camp). He also said that it was highly possible that DNA from Madeline would be found in the hired car as the McCanns themselves would be carrying around fibres from her. And I am pretty certain that the car would still be carrying the awful smell of a 25 day old body in it.

I feel so sorry for them and I do hope that the Portoguese police are still looking for Madeline.

And all this evidence is purely circumstansial, there is no proof (that we know of) that the McCann killed Madeline, accidently or otherwise, no proof them hiding the body and no proof them then taking the body into the car to dump somewhere else.
