Have looked on ebay and greenmatropolis for you, and neither of them have them. The cheapest I can find is on Amazon:

At £7.23. You should be able to get it from your local library, and is they don't have it, you can actually get them to order it in.

I have two books in the classifieds, Coping with the Picky Eater, and The Food our Children Eat, but they're not Autistic Spectrum specific.
