We have 4 cats. When we moved we kept them in for a few days and it all got too much for them so let them out supervised for a bit. As you can imagine trying to supervise 4 cats was a bit of a nightmare. When we realised they were going AWOL but coming back at a night we left them too it and all was fine till Friday when one didnt come back.

Its now Tuesday and still nothing.

He is chipped but realistically unless they end up with the RSPCA he wont be checked.

We are all now gutted and still driving round to see if we can see him wandering the streets.

Just wondered what the chances were that he would end up finding his way back here.

We have been in touch with the buyers of our old house and they have said they will keep an eye out.

Keep thinking of him wandering round lost and starving! cryingsmilcryingsmilcryingsmil

Yeah we are gonna get the kids to make posters tomorrow.
Funnily enough on sunday we got a leaflet through the door about another cat on our road going missing on thursday.

Hope someone isnt stealing cats!

Cats will never go hungry, they are natural hunters, either they will adopt a new owner or hunt. there is a very good chance he will still turn up and being chipped will give him an even better chance.
hope you find him soon.

awww no, my cat went missing for 24 hours before, it may not sound a long time but when you know yours cats routine with them coming back every hour or so, then its a long time.

Put up posters and contact the local vet & RSPCA

when I found a cat I rang the vet to see if anyone had lost it. someone may do the same for your cat. good luck

We used to have a cat that would go missing for a couple of weeks every now and again. It is worrying though for all of you. Fingers crossed that he comes back safely

No still no sign. cryingsmil

I got all excited on the way to get Millie weighed earlier cos i thought i saw him. Dot know what i would have done as i had Millie in the ring sling and he isnt the sort of cat who takes kindly to being picked up.

Have made some posters and will be going round with them tomorrow.
