i twisted my neck again last night sleeping funny, so MIL offered to carry Amy in her sling gd12

still sore. i keep doing it! i seem to lose a pillow in the night and not realise until the morning then its too late,. ive found rolling a towel up and wrapping it around my neck helps (like a neck brace) and the ice cool gel. (the heat creams makes it worse)
i bought some ibruprofen today but the pharmacist was saying it can damage the baby :unsure: but i did take 2!!
Amy is still not taking the bottle, but she did sip some juice from a sipper cup with a straw in. so im going to try her with the same cup with formula in!

When I first saw your MIL I thought how young she looks!

Have you tried a V Pillow hun?? I swear by mine. I always used to get a cricked neck during the night etc, but since using my v-pillow, I've not had any problems at all.
