This horrifies me, that Almost 3,000 crimes were committed last year where the suspect was too young to be prosecuted,

the thing that i think has shocked me most was this one...

and over 60 sex offences where suspects were under-10
now i know im getting on a bit (nearly 30!) but when i was under 10 i cant even remember knowing what sex was properly, let alone carrying it out consensually or otherwise.. a sex attack COMMITTED BY a child of under 10??? wtf???? Is it just me?????

what counts as a sexual offence though, you can end up on the sex offenders register for having a wee in the street for example.

I doubt we have 10 years olds raping people

I know it sounds horrific but I wonder just what sort of "crimes" these under 10's have really commited?
