As you saw from my piccie a couple of weeks back i do. Not as much as i would like to at the minute but we havent really been out with the move.

It is definately an easier way of getting around with a little one.

yes i did with all of mine. A lot easier when you have a pushchair already and you dont want a double buggy.

No and I feel I've really missed out! If I had another baby I might even have a sling instead of a pram.
I used a baby carrier occasionally but they were uncomfortable and hard to use. I'd love to baby a proper 'baby wearer'!

I tried before but using the "old" stylie slings and couldn't get on with it (kept worrying about dropping DS whilst trying to put it on too) so didn't with DS3. And haven't a clue with all the new fangled different ones available now adays...

used wraps and puch slings and ring slings, my fav has to be the ergo for ease of use it also lasts for a very long time.
coorie pouch sling saved my sanity when dd was a baby as it was the only thing that would settle her.

would recomend

Used one of those Tomy things from mothercare and got upset cause it didn't support the children as much as I would of liked looked around and found a pattern and made my own mei tai style carrier and love it. I have carried my 5 yr old in it when she fell over and hurt her leg cause ds was asleep in the buggy. If I had any more I would deffinatly go for a ring sling or a wrap.

No and I feel I've really missed out!

 There is 18mths between DD/DS. When DD was born I got through three double buggies in five months till I found one that I was happy with. I thought the only carriers were the awful type like Mothercare sell. We borrowed one but never used it.

I wish I had known about Nicki from www.bitsforbairns.co.uk or one of the other WAH sling sellers who offer superb advice.

My first child was a very unsettled baby, we spend hours carrying him around each evening, in hindsight a ling would have been wonderful.

I used a tomy carrier with dd - but never felt 'safe' with it.

Wish I had know about slings then - would have been good for ds too, as he was a 'colicy' baby.

I LOVED using slings - only used it with DS myself when he was a very new baby, as I have back probs, but it was great as he was very colicy and whingy (so know how you feel netty). When I stopped using it myself, DH would use it on trips out, and I think it was a great bonding experience for him (both with DS and DD) - and when they were older, we used one of those back carrier things (DH used it of course - would have had me in agony).

I love the new styles of slings available now - there's a mum at school that uses a papoose style one which is basically a bit of fabric wrapped across her body (her 'baby' is 18 months or so mind), and I LOVE it! Wish they were about when I had my two, although I'm not sure DH would have suited one :cheesy:

I used a baby bjorn, a ring sling and now a yamo carrier which allows me to put her on my back although I haven't been brave enough to try it on my own, lol. I will pluck up the courage soon though

Still occassionally use my ring sling.

They are great for travelling and were fantastic in early days for settling Zara, the girls loved being in their slings, Zara wants to waklk everywhere now,
