Its Really Shocking

A PAIR charged with raping a baby appeared at St Albans Crown Court on Friday.

The 39-year-old man from Hatfield and a 19-year-old woman of no fixed abode, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were again remanded into custody by Judge Findlay Baker until October.

Both are charged with four counts of raping a child under the age of one.

The woman is also charged with three counts of indecent assault.

Unfortunatley this kind of thing happens all too often. I to feel like you ladies about this situation. :angry-smiley-005: :angry-smiley-005:

As some of you know, I deal with this occasionally at work and there are usually other issues behind the act. I am not asking you to change your minds or opinions but to think of what possible situation could lead people to this kind of behaviour.

It is very hard to understand ( not that I do) as to why someone would abuse a baby/child in this manner. I am not supporting these people what so ever. But other forms of abuse come about due to many situations.

I found it amazing how many cases are tribute to parental upbringing, poverty, mental illness, desperation, envy, solvent abuse etc. I find it very, very sad to see cases like this. It shouldn't happen and yet it does.

I just hope that the little baby that has been subject to this horrific abuse is in a safe, caring and nurturing environment with people who can show her what parents are supposed to be like.
