I produce a local magazine which features local and national businesses whose target market is my area - Bedford. It is a great way to advertise WAHM businesses because the advertising rates are much lower than local papers.

The magazine is an A5 size, glossy throughout and has a choice of black and white or colour ads. It goes out every two months and is used as a reference until the next issue arrives. Being a WAHM myself with another business, which I naturally advertise in my magazine, I am planning to include a page of mini ads for other WAHM businesses which provide a national service. This could be anything from re-useable nappies, children's clothes, reward charts, children's identity bands, cards etc etc.

There would be space for up to 9 ads at £12 each in colour for one issue or £10 per ad for 2 issues which would take you up to Christmas. The size for each ad is 4cm by 6cm (landscape). If anyone is interested, please contact me by e-mail. I can only use one of each type of business so the first person who books an ad from their category would be chosen. However, if I receive a lot of interest, I can pass on your details to publishers in other areas who may be interested in doing a similar page in their publications. There is also space for larger ads on other pages and prices for these can be found at The Kempston Directory (http://www.kempstondirectory.co.uk)

You would need to have copy to me by Wednesday 17th August. If you have any questions please feel free to e-mail me.

Best wishes

Sue
