Confused about signatures...

I am confused! It says you cannot use a banner if you are not certified or whatever but can you put a link in? I make my own signatures and store them in photobucket so would I be able to put it in?

You can have a signature banner as long as it's not advertising a website or business. If it's your name or a ticker that's fine.
You can have a link to your website or business as long as it's just plain font.
