Is anyone having trouble with Paypal today? I noticed that someone has been onto my site and got to stage 3 of checkout twice but hasn't ordered anything. I have tried going through checkout and noticed that Paypal was very slow to load.

For those with Nochex, I have this on Perfect Presents but not on Babies Boutique. Can I have the 2 businesses on the same account card? I can't with Paypal.
