Kitten trouble again!

I've never had a girl and a boy kitten and i'm more anxious about the girl getting pregnant moreso than myself! LOL

So the boy when she's sleeping goes up to her and starts licking her belly and really lickin and then makes a noise like suckling/spitting. Really noisily, I don't know if this is like a mating ritual or that he's trying to sukle off of her, either way not sure I like it. LOL

So if anybody has any ideas about what this is then PLEASE let me know!

If he is a kitten, sounds like he is sooking off her like a baby with a dummy, they take great comfort of another kitten to sook, same if you gave a kittne the end of its tail, they will sook it like a dummy lol, well all mines did anyways.

my cat does this to me and he is 4. Hes been neutered, when i asked the vet he said its not a mating ritual its a sucking action from when they were babies and probally means they are thirsty sure enough he only does it now when his water bowl is empty.
