Grr Saw that our cat has 'lost' his collar again.

He was wearing it last night, but didn't have it on this morning. It was a new one, as I had to replace the other lost one a couple of days ago - what is he doing with them?

Oh well, out to the shops again ...

Does he have a tag on it Netty? I've found a couple of collars down our back alley (I think the cats lose them when they squeeze through the fence etc) - and have just phoned the number, and taken it back to the owner....

Are you using those 'breakable' collars .... we put these on our cats years ago but they were always losing them. We didn't want to put anything stronger on them because we didn't want to risk them getting strangled so in the end we gave up and had them chipped instead!!!

oh no not sure which collar we use but kept it on anyway

My big cat doesnt wear a collar but I bought him one the other month and the same day Id put it on he came back with it round his belly ( it was an elastic one!)

lol at Mr T's suggestion ...

They're the ones with an elasticated section, so they can get out of them if the cat gets stuck anywhere ...
