I've been really good the past few months at not letting things "get to me" the way I normally get upset easily BUT I really have enough now?
How are we supposed to work?:angry-smi123
The PO guy told me today that the post is being picked up but it's just piling up at the sorting office, even the Special Delivery things.20061008
And the VAT people are 3 months behind in processing applications shrugshoulders111

It's difficult when things are not in your control, but you can't do anything about this ! I think people have been quite understanding and I have at times sent a note to my customers explaining that RM are taking strike action, so they may have to wait a little longer for delivery.

ARGHGHGHGHGH is what I say to that GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
I have been messed about by a courier this week. Due to collect Monday and finally came this aftie. I nearly told him where to shove his parcel but then remembered that it wasn't the poor mans fault who got sent to me!! To make it worse he was really nice!!

Perhaps we need someone to really compete with Royal Mail - they do kinda have a monopoly strangle hold on us at times like this. Years ago there was talk of someone (TNT?) setting up as a decent rival but don't know what happened to it.
Hope it gets sorted out for you soon.

I've got so much post gone missing in the last 3 weeks you wouldn't believe. I am so annoyed with them - and as for the VAT man, THEY can be behind, but i bet he wouldn't let me off paying on time. Pah!

Well if I had known they were just stacking up the parcels, I would have shipped some stuff with UPS, better than lost parcels and angry customers 20061008

This is my best RM story in the last 2 years trading! An order was returned after 6 weeks with a sticker on it: MISSENT TO MALAYSIA... not bad for a parcel sent from Scotland to France :laugh:

I just checked the slips for deliveries sent by Royal Fail on Monday, half still haven't arrived at destinations all first class. This simply isn't on, they shouldn't be allowed to charge for a service they aren't providing. I've got customers emailing daily and I'm fed up with taking a bashing for a problem that isn't my fault and I really feel for my customers who have ordered gifts for Christenings and birthdays that will now be late.

well ok now i agree its pants, i dunno we have some that are on official strike and others on unofficial strike. I had a delivery yesterday and when i asked the guy he said he had to work coz he wasn't in the union.
Sack em all i say there are plenty who would appreciate a job
