I love ebay! I buys lots of things, most of which I need, last thing was a 15' swimimg pool. I sell lots on there too. I take a break with the holidays as I can't get to the post office as much as I would like to send things off.

We buy whenever we want something for the camera usually-lenses etc cos full price they are 600 quid plus but you can get them for half that.
Also thinking of upgrading my camera soon so if we do we might get that off ebay.
Other stuff we get is golf gear-clubs etc.

Never bought (or sold) anything - but do look from time to time. A friend sells lots of craft materials at very reasonable prices, so if anyone is making cards, check on there!

At one time we bought and sold loads of stuff on there, mainly DVDs, and it got really embarrassing with the postie having to knock everyday to get things signed for or to give stuff that was too big for the letter box, and taking stuff for posting was a massive pain in the backside especially when its more than one or two items at a time

It can be a landslide of work as I found out. I tried out a business idea over xmas and found myself at the post office twice a day as I wanted to make sure stuff arrived for the xmas rush, so I was posting the same day it was sold. At one point I put a box outside for the large items to be delivered in and the postie hated coming here. I think after a while he started skiping days. But the extra money was good, but I hate to think what my hourly rate was. I now do bits in little runs, listing and wrapping stuff up in one batch so everything ends on the same day and its all ready to go at once. Roll on the next 5p listing day!

we buy quite alot, but it varies, some weeks we will buy more than others, but i normally just look at pushchairs (i am a self obsessed pushchairholic), and 2 weeks ago i bid on a graco travel system (but with out the car seat) i bid £5.00 on it and no one else bid so it went for the starting price which was £1...yes one pound :party05: ....£20.00 p&p but thats about average for the buggies......i was well chuffed it also came with cosy toes, raincover and matching rucksack, and it is really nice, the only thing wrong is that the tread on the wheels are worn a bit, (but you would expect that) and certainly cannot moan for a pound......i did feel a bit bad, for the people but then they should have put a reserve on it, it is well nice it is purple so definatly a good colour for a girl.... :happy72:
i have now been looking at the 3 wheelers, i really want one of those now......dp gets really annoyed with me......but i seriously cant help it

I would look on there for jewellery, have got a couple of lovely pieces. I must admit to loving the going going gone section, I love watching items with stupidly high reserves going without a single bid - I always think that whoever set the reserve is an idiot!!!!!!

I buy loads on there mainly new nappies for the business but i have bought parts for the car and stuff for the kitchen.
I buy Owen loads of bits and bobs and get duvet covers for 99p a lot too.
It does go through times when its really busy to buy and then times when you can grab a bargain.
