OK so today is my RFL!!!!!!!!!!

Im really nervous!

perfect day for my arthritis to be playing up! LOL
hopefully it wont be too hot or raining too much!

race starts at 11am, got to be there earlier for the 1hr warm up (tbh i think that will be enough!!:hysterica)

anyhow, please think of me at 11 onwards!
