Pop up window help

I want to set a pop up window with medical info in it, but it keeps saying there is a java script error - can anyone tell me what these settings should be:

Width
Left Position
Height
Top position

or if you can have a look at the original link (it says click here) on this page and tell me where I'm going wrong if you can work it out, I'd be eternally grateful - I've spent about an hour on this now but it is a vital new bit to be added to each product so I do need to get it right!

Hi thanks I've sorted it - there was a bug on their system which they fixed but what I needed was a pop up text box not a full page as it didn't look right and I can't add that so have just added an open in new page link after all that (about an hours worth of trying to work out what was wrong!!).

I'm glad you got it all sorted hun!

I know it drives me nuts sometimes when i do pop-up windows as I tend to do a typo and it takes me ages to find it. LOL
