It's about time I start shopping... dc2 is due in about a month :cloud9:

We only start cloth with dd when she was about 6 month old so I have no idea what to get for the little one, needs to contain bf poo and dry quickly.

My favourite nappies for dd were fuzzi but I'm not sure they're good for small babies and for night tot bots & the Imse Vise Bumpy wraps (they were the only ones that didn't make her skin red) are they good for little ones?

Any advice? where do I start? :D

I didn't realise you were due so soon!

If you are happy to do a bit of folding, then muslins or terries are really good for newborns. You can keep them quite small, they are pretty good at containment and they dry fast.

Tots are good but personally I think that they fit better from around 9-10lbs but lots of customers have been fine with them from 7-8lbs.

Do give me a call if you need anything.

Anne I agree with Arabella, I think the easiest things for a very newborn are muslins as they're great for washing and drying quickly, and if you wrap them round well enough and tuck in they're pretty good on containment - doesn't need to be brilliant in the early days. Also a few little nappies that are shaped are lovely for looking cute - I espeically like the Kissaluvs in size 0. The Bumpy wrap has been replaced with the Imse Organic cotton wrap, and they also do a plain polyester one same design , the Soft wrap - being polyester is slightly better on a heavy wetter.
