help with my ticker

i thought it was time to add my 2 tickers to my signature but im having a nightmare, ive got it to work on another site but I cant on here I keep getting the error message "invalid file"

im not great with technical stuff so havent got a clue

are you copying the bbc code and (silly Q) are you putting it in the the big white empty space (not the line) in the edit signature bit?

dont ask me about tickers. seems to take forever to get mine on. i copy and paste link and put in big white box and nothing. keep trying it works eventually.
