Well what can I say, I am not sure. I couldn't fathom him anyway BUT like he'd really have gone to jail!

Not sure what to make of it actually.

Let off? LOL
So you think he was guilty then? I personally don't, but it's something that can never be proved really, isn't it? Which is why they had to find him not guilty.... no particular evidence to suggest it is anything but lies
My husband said he was 'chuffed' as he thought the American 'peers' would have come up with a guilty verdict just because.... I think his faith in US citizens is better now, anyway hehe

I was watching this live on the tv and for some reason felt ill at the thought of him being jailed, purely because I believe that he is a child trapped in a mans body and that he has been very silly and niaive (sp?!) rather than committed a crime. At the end of the day it was a fair trial and I just hope that now he has more common sense and doesnt do this again!

He is not guilty though, so no need for him to go to jail! Personally I find the family that brought this against him quite sick actually. They were happy to go to Neverland, get all the treats and still continue to go when the "alledged" incidents took place. No doubt they will still try and get money from Michael Jackson which if they do will make me think that nothing took place and all they are interested in is the money!

:iagree: with you, Trinity, and Raven.
I believe his very "child-like" and didn't realise that other people would think it wrong of him to share beds etc.
Also, as Trinity said, why did the families keep sending their kids there when there had been allegations of abuse years ago?

I honestly don't know. I know he is nieve, but is he nieve enough to have done such things believeing it was innocent.??? I mean he certainly is not all there really. He does need some counselling or something.
I honestly have no view either guilty or not guilty. Simply that I never expected him to get found guilty whether is was or not.

Im not sure what to make of it all-I think what it is is that in his wierd niaive way what others sees as odd and not right he sees as fine itms.
Agree tho-if he was abuseing this kid then why did the family keep going to the ranch-surely they would have left and never gone back.

I heard on TV that the jurors think he DID molest but the evidence wasnt enough to give a guilty verdict

That guy has some serious problems, imo. I find it hard to believe that it's entirely innocent but at the same time the accusers family were on very shaky ground. Surely after all the accusations he went through before he would have avoided getting into a similar kind of situation, yet he not only allowed a similar situation to occur, he actually made it worse by advertising the fact that he shared his bed with young boys. What worries me is that he will now be allowed to continue with this behaviour (and as long as some heartless parents see dollar signs they will let their children go to his house), then how many more accusations will there be?
At the end of the day, if he was an ordinary guy, living at the end of your street, would any of us let our children spend the night with him, in his bed? No, he would be accused of being a pervert. Yet because he's famous and has lots of money it seems that this type of behaviour is acceptable.

Yay! Totally, absolutely, 100% agree with Colette! IMHO Michael Jackson is neither naive nor childlike, I think he's a very sick man. I mean sick in the sense that he's probably terribly depressed and tortured due to the abnormal and abused childhood that he had. He needs help and he needs counselling and he needs to be checked into the mental hospital. It is blatantly obvious that he's depressed and insecure and suffering from a nervous breakdown. If he just another person he'd be dragged away to the asylum in a wailing ambulance a loooooongg time ago but since he's got tons of money to pay for all the publicist and the people forming "bubble" around him he gets away with it.
