It was fanbloodytastic! Just uploading the pics now! Sorry I've taken a while to reply but we've been watching Any Dream will do that dh recorded for us!
We really had a wonderful time - the kids were brilliant and Matthew was hilarious. I've really enjoyed spending time with them - they are fantastic kids and I'm so proud of them both.
Pics to follow soon!

We are tired - it was a busy two days. Madam Tussauds was really good but if I'd have paid full price for the tickets I'd have been a bit miffed as I don't think it would have been good value for money. It was really worth going to see but we were only there for a couple of hours and we seemed to have done it all and when you think that it should have cost us £65 to get in then I think it's over priced. The Chambers live exhibition was a bit disappointing too. There were live actors in there that jump out on you and it is scary but over in less than 5 mins which is a shame.

She wasn't a brilliant one to be honest but they do look more life like than the pics for some reason. Simon Cowell was so life like it was spooky but he doesn't in the pic.

This is my favourite - Katherine with her future husband :cheesy:
He's sooooooo tall! Bear in mind that Katherine is just over 5 6" you realise just how tall he is!

Right here is the link (http://s47.photobucket.com/albums/f155/kipskabin/London%20June%2007/?action=view¤t=LondonJune07002.jpg) to all the pics - click next on the right to see them all.
The hotel was ok, it was a long way up - around 5 floors and no lift but the bathroom was right next to our room so that was really handy! The breakfast the next morning was basic but really nice and the staff were really friendly. The train journey was a doddle and I didn't get anywhere near as stressed this time (think that's the tabs working!). We found our way on the underground really easily and took loads of tubes on the Friday.
Our hotel was a 3 minute walk from Paddington Stn so that was fab. We went to Trafalgar Square as you will see from the pics, Madame Tussauds, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, The Tower of London, we went on an open top bus tour which was fab, a river cruise which was great fun. We saw the Palace, Marble Arch, Tower Bridge, St. Paul's Cathederal - actually it's easier to ask what we didn't see because the tour bus was amazing and the tour guide told us loads of stuff we didn't know.
Oh and I got rubbed up against by a perv on the underground but that's another story :hysterica

how big were those burgers!...

I didn't upload all of the pics - there were too many! The reason for the back to back pic is because all their lives Katherine has towered above Matthew as she's always been soooo tall and although Matt has always been tall for his age - she's still always been loads taller. Well as you can see..... things are about to change! There is a fingers width in their heights now and I think Matt will overtake her in a big way soon!
Denise those burgers needed to be big the bl**dy price they cost! The Planet Hollywood meal was one of Katherine's main birthday treats!

LOL did they eat every last crumb?
Matt did but Kate couldn't manage her fries which peeved me a bit! I had the chicken & broccilli pasta which was delicious and the kids had a milkshake with a topping for dessert but due to the price of the desserts I just had a cup of tea!!

Oh and we are sunburned!! Well me and Kate are - Matt isn't too bad. The kids laughed because I made them pack rain coats which we didn't need and never even occured to me to pack suncream
