England or abroad for holidays?
I really enjoy England WHEN (or IF) the weather is good- but think next year we will go abroad as holidaying in England works out so expensive!

We normally go to Crete, but staying home I think this year as we need to spend lots of money doing the house up :rain:

We went to Devon for years and we all loved it. We went to a Haven site so there was tons to do even if it was raining. We did go to a Haven site in France that was okay but not too different to be worth the extra cost. Although holidaying in the Dominican Republic last year was something I'd love to do at least once a year but I'm afraid it's going to be UK, Wales to be more precise, for the next few years while I'm a student. Free hols in my parents caravan for us. :happy72:

We always stay in the UK. We have a touring caravan and go away 9/10 times a year, a fortnight in the summer (usually Devon) and a week at Easter, Feb half term and Oct half term and the rest is just weekends away.

Same here, but next year we are thinking about taking the caravan to france in august for a couple of weeks.

Bit of both for us! We go down to the New Forest quite a lot and maybe Devon or Cornwall this year too. We are going to Eurodisney in June for a long weekend and then DH wants to go to Florida in the summer but not sure with DD on that long a flight as she has ants in her pants at the best of times, lol!
When the weather is good I think staying in the UK is great as there is so much to do. Would quite like to go up to Scotland at some stage and Wales and Ireland too!!
