I am off to a womens enterprise day ! lol, get me :cheesy: actually feel like a business woman all dolled up !

Our local council have organised it, its free with lunch included!

Will let you know leter what it was like and if i have picked anything up!

Hi everyone! LIKE WOW.... had a really fabby day and did i hob nob it!! i spoke to some great great business women today! really normal! dont know what i was expecting but they were fantastic and very inspiring! been asked to an event on tueday evening already, get me all growd up and stuff haha..

Seriously came away with a buzz...dh fed up with me talking now! met some people in the know and looks likely that i will qualify for a grant so maybe able to get a new pc or lap top after all....been asked to do a couple of open days, one with NSPCC and one with a twins and multiple births group. Loads of interest in my ideas and products so feeling very positive!

Think i may need to buy a power suit and killer heels! lol
Bumped down to earth an hour after i came out lugging my stock across the field to a craft tent in my CAT boots and jeans :cheesy:

Ask your local council if they run anything like this it was great.

I only managed to get involved with TNG (a private national company who get tenders from government Job Centres) and I wouldn't wish them on anyone!!

I would like to start doing things like this once I am free in the days!
I always worry I would be out of place but I am good at talking in the right voice to the right people (if you know what I mean!). Was it all free? amazing!! If you get your laptop I will be soooooooooo jealous!

thank you, i was a little nervous but the women were great and werent afraid to share their ups and downs and they were so down to earth! yes it was free, contact your council or NBV , think they have a website?
